We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. The meaning returns have to be processed within 3 days after you have received your item.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, in a resaleable condition, and same condition in which you received them. Proof or receipt of purchase will also need to be provided.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-refundable items
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
