Our Story
Accessories by Dija was born from a genuine love for fashion and a desire to make quality jewelry accessible and affordable, inspired by our sister brand, “Adorable World of Fashion”

Dija’s journey began In 2017, when she turned her passion into a business with the little savings she had. She started by selling carefully sourced jewelry to friends, fellow students, families and neighbors.
Over time, a desire for more quality, more uniqueness, more transparency sparked the brand’s growth.

Determined to deliver jewelry that truly lasts, Dija learned the art of importation and began sourcing directly from manufacturers. This allowed her to test various metals, including alloy, copper, brass, and stainless steel. Her trials led to a key discovery that stainless steel, titanium steel, and sterling silver were significantly more durable, affordable and skin-friendly.

Today, Accessories by Dija specializes in gold-plated stainless steel and titanium steel jewelry beautiful, non-reactive, tarnish-resistant pieces designed to blend seamlessly with everyday wear and African-inspired fashion.

1. Overview
   These govern your use of our website and all purchases from Accessories by Dija. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these terms and we reserve the right to update or modify these terms when necessary.

2.Product Description: We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and screen resolution , actual colors may vary slightly.

3.Pricing and payments : All prices are in GBP (£) and Naira. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods, including PayPal.

4.Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Use of Site
   You agree not to misuse the website in any way, including sending spam or attempting to hack any data.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns

We accept returns within 3days of delivery. meaning returns has to be processed within 3days after you have received your item.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, in a resaleable and same condition which you received it. Proof or receipt of purchase will also need to be provided.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-refundable items

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately or within 24hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund promptly.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
